Catriona is a specialist in the food sector having spent nearly twenty years working for national companies including London based, Bread Ltd (owners of Gails Bakery, The Bread Factory and Flour Station) and Scotland's Mathieson's Bakers.

She has held senior management roles including trading director, managing director and group head of product and has a proven track record in company growth, marketing and people management. As a consultant she has had great success mentoring business owners and providing hands on support to get new listings and increased sales for her clients.
